Returning to Creator & Deleting Requests
If there is an error or omission, you may make the correction yourself by editing or send the request back to the creator. Additionally, requests may be deleted by following the steps below.
Changing Status to Draft – Sending back to Creator
To send the request back to the creator, edit the request and use the Quick Edit to move the request back to draft. Please note: Upon saving, this action will remove the request from your view, unless you are also the creator. Once the creator has resubmitted the request, you will see it in the Request Table in the New Tab.
Deleting Request
The option to Delete a transaction is available when the request transaction is in a status of:
- Draft, or
- New
To delete a request in another status, edit the request and use the Quick Edit to move the request status back to Draft (if you created it) or New, then save. Scroll to the bottom of the request. The delete button will be visible. Click to Delete. A warning will display asking if you are sure. Click, Yes.
