Forgot Password

If you forget your GivingTrax password, select the “forgot password” link on the log-in screen below.  It is located below the Log-in Button:

 

The  forgot password is a hotlink that, when clicked, will prompt the user to enter the email address of their account.       

 

You will receive a system-generated email with a time-sensitive password reset link.  Click the link and when prompted create a new password.
