Tabs / Filters

The series of tabs in the table filter the transaction queue based on the status of the request.  They include:

• New / Drafts (see note)
• Recommend
• Approved
• Completed
• Appr-Multi-year (Approved – Multi-year commitment)
• Deferred
• Emp. Requests (See note)
• Emp. Volunteerism (See note)  
• All
• Past
• Archive

Notes:  

• You will only see drafts that you have personally created.
• Employee Requests and Employee Volunteerism require use of employee programs and import of employees (add-on licenses)
