Restricting Eligible Organizations

In the Eligibility Criteria settings (see next section), there is an option to restrict eligible organizations to validated nonprofits (e.g. 501(c)(3) for US organizations).  To restrict eligible recipients further, select “Causes” in the setup menu.  You will reach the view below.  GivingTrax uses the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) classification system

To restrict organizations by general category, select the category, then “select all”.  Scroll down & click Save.  To restrict to a subset of the category, select the applicable 3-digit code in each desired category, then click Save.
