Edit request

If the biz admin is authorized to edit requests, the Edit Button will display in the left-side set of action buttons on the Request Details tab.

This will open full editing capabilities of the request details allowing you to alter these fields including items entered by the creator of the request.

Commonly used fields are located at the top of the view in a Quick Edit box as shown below.  Click the “edit” hotlink to open these fields.  Quick edit fields include:   reassigning the request to different program / profile, status changes and revising the dates (created date / approved date).  

Changing the status in the Quick Edit box, bypasses notifications. 

To save changes, scroll to the bottom of the request and click “SAVE”
