Maintenance Tasks


It is recommended to archive transactions that are completed.  Depending on volumes, you may choose to Archive monthly or yearly.

To Archive, access the request table.  Archive is available on the Completed and Past TabsSelect the items to archive, then click the Archive button.  After the first Archive processed, an Archive tab will display on the transaction table.  This allows you to all items that have been archived.


Budgets are created within the Program / Profile.  It is recommended that budgets be created each year when at the start of the new Fiscal Year.  See Budgets under Creating & Modifying Program Criteria for details.
