Copying Profiles & Cloning

Duplicate Profile
Duplicate Profile will duplicate the basic information including address fields. To duplicate all other content to the new profile, use Copy Data.
Copy Data
Copy Data exists for most fields and allows the ability to copy updates to all applicable programs / profiles that are to receive the update. To Copy Data, access the Program / Profile setup menu of the Program / Profile you wish to copy and scroll to the bottom of the vertical menu. Select Copy Data.
To copy, select the fields on the left column. Multi-select using Control + Click. Then select the Profiles / Programs to be updated on the right side. Click “Submit” to complete the Copy operation.
