The Recipient Communication tab allows you to see the approval / deferral / decline message that was sent to the applicant.

The change log provides a history of the transaction related activity.  Status changes are recorded along with internal notes.

Recipient Communication

Recipient communication and messages may be added to requests.  If you have created default messages for the profile / program, you may view these and copy / paste the text into the request. Tip:  You will have an option to select the desired message during the approval process.

Social Sharing allows you to share the transaction to your page and select any desired sharing options. Social Sharing options include:
