Access your user profile from the top menu (hamburger icon on mobile) to manage your personal account.
My Profile provides access to the following items in your account:
- Updating Personal Information
- Adding & Updating Donation Payment Information
- Managing Recurring Donations (Subscriptions)
- Setting Permissions to turn on/off Dashboard Features and Capabilities (Some employers hide this capability.)
- Setting Email Notification Preferences
- Adding a “MyTrax” page & setting the page name (Some employers hide this capability)
- Turning on Two-Factor Authentication
